Refund policy

To ensure the item is received in good condition, we kindly request your cooperation to make an unboxing video before opening the package. 

  • This video will serve as proof of the item's condition upon receipt, whether it is in good or bad condition, and whether the item is complete or incomplete.

  • We reserve the right to reject your claim if there is no proof in the form of a video recording during the complaint process.

  • Return and exchange are only applicable for the item(s) that are defected or damaged from our side, with tags still attached or mistakenly delivered.

    • Return & Exchanges should be made within 7 DAYS after the item is received with an official receipt with tags still attached.

    • Exchanges of items are subject to stock availability and only allowed for the same item, color, and size. 

    • Refund is strictly not allowed.

  • All SALE, AS-IS, DEFECTIVE SALE ITEM, and PROMOTIONAL-PRICE items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • We will not be responsible for item(s) purchased through scammers.

  • Customers must consult our person-in-charge first (sales team) before proceeding with the returns/exchanges.

  • Item must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all tags attached.

  • Upon receipt of the Products, we will examine them, and we will advise you on the status of the replacement (if any) via email as soon as practicable.
